Article 16 Recourse to meeting of creditors

In Rule 2.108 in paragraphs (1) and (2)—

(a)

after “if”, insert “the basis of”;

(b)

for “he may request that it be increased”, substitute “or the basis to be inappropriate, the administrator may request that the rate or amount be increased or the basis changed”.
