Article 30 Schedules

Schedule 1 amends the index and content of forms in Schedule 2 to the principal Rules.

(2)

Where a form prescribed in Schedule 2 to the principal Rules refers to a Rule which is substituted by a new Rule set out in these Rules that reference shall be taken to be a reference to that new Rule.

(3)

Schedule 2 inserts a new Form 2.18BA in Schedule 2 to the principal Rules.
