# The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2024, Rule 2: Transitional provision

The amendment made by rule 3 applies only in relation to applications for a debt relief order made under Article 208B(1) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 on or after the 10th January 2025.
