# The Insolvency (England and Wales) (Amendment) Rules 2017, Article 14: Notice of appointment after notice of intention to appoint


In rule 3.24(1)(i)(i), for “from that date” substitute “since notice was given under paragraph 26(1) of Schedule B1”.
