# The Insolvency (England and Wales) (Amendment) Rules 2017, Article 17: Receivers or managers appointed under an instrument: acceptance of appointment (section 33)


In rule 4.1(1), after the word “applies” in the second place it occurs, insert “(other than those appointed under section 51 (Scottish Receiverships))”.
