# The Insolvency (England and Wales) (Amendment) Rules 2017, Article 45: Savings in respect of meetings taking place on or after the commencement date and resolutions by correspondence


In paragraph 5(1)(d) of Schedule 2—
(a) omit the word “progress”;
(b) for “section 104A” substitute “sections 93 or 105”.
