# The Insolvency (England and Wales) (Amendment) Rules 2017, Article 51: Calculation of time periods


In Schedule 5—
(a) for paragraph 2(2)(a)(ii)(aa) substitute—
“(aa) the day before the date corresponding to the date in the month on which it begins, or”; and
(b) for paragraph 2(2)(b)(ii)(aa) substitute—
“(aa) the day after the date corresponding to the date in the month on which it ends, or”.
