# The Insolvency (England and Wales) (No.2) (Amendment) Rules 2021, Rule 12: Amendment of Part 1 of the Insolvency Rules


In rule 1.57 (right to list of creditors), before paragraph (1)(a) insert—
“(za) a moratorium under Part A1 of the Act;”.
