# The Insolvency (England and Wales) (No.2) (Amendment) Rules 2021, Rule 13: Amendment of Part 2 of the Insolvency Rules


(1) Rule 2.2 (proposal for a CVA: general principles and amendment) is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (2) substitute—
“(2) The proposal may be amended with the nominee’s agreement in writing where—
(a) the nominee is not the liquidator or administrator of the company; and
(b) the nominee’s report has not been filed with the court under section 2(2).”.
(3) Omit paragraphs (3) and (4).
