Rule 14 Amendment of Part 2 of the Insolvency Rules

In rule 2.3 (proposal: contents), in the Table in paragraph (1), for the entry “address where moratorium proposed” substitute—

“

Matters relating to a moratorium

(va) whether a moratorium is, or has been, in force for the company under Part A1 of the Act and, if so, the date that moratorium came into force and, (if applicable), the date it ended;

”
