Rule 22 Amendment of Part 3 of the Insolvency Rules
In rule 3.27 (publication of administrator’s appointment), before sub-paragraph (3)(a) insert—
“(za)if there is a moratorium in force for the company under Part A1 of the Act, to the monitor;”.
