# The Insolvency (England and Wales) (No.2) (Amendment) Rules 2021, Rule 25: Amendment of Part 3 of the Insolvency Rules


In rule 3.50 (expenses), after paragraph (4) insert—
“(5) The costs of an application by the administrator under rule 1A.27 are to be treated as an expense of the administration unless the court orders otherwise.”.
