Rule 37 Amendment of Part 7 of the Insolvency Rules
In rule 7.33 (application for appointment of provisional liquidator (section 135)), before paragraph (2)(d)(i) insert—
“(zi)a moratorium under Part A1 of the Act is in force for the company;”.
