Rule 43 Amendment of Part 7 of the Insolvency Rules

In rule 7.111 (interpretation), in the definition of “the creditor” before (a) insert—

“(za)

a creditor in respect of a debt which is a moratorium debt or a priority pre-moratorium debt within the meaning given by section 174A;”.
