# The Insolvency (England and Wales) (No.2) (Amendment) Rules 2021, Rule 5: Saving provisions


Nothing in Parts 2 to 4 of these Rules affects the operation of the Insolvency Rules in relation to a moratorium under Schedule A1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 which has come into force before 1st October 2021.
