  "text": "(1) Rule 12.48 (application for costs) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2), for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) in proceedings other than those relating to a debt relief order, on the office-holder and—\n(i) in a winding up by the court or a bankruptcy, on the official receiver; or\n(ii) in proceedings under Part A1 of the Act, on the company to which the moratorium relates; or”.",
