# The Insolvency (England and Wales) (No.2) (Amendment) Rules 2021, Rule 64: Amendment of Part 15 of the Insolvency Rules


In rule 15.2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), at the appropriate place insert ““creditor”, in relation to a decision procedure under section A11 (extension by directors with creditor consent), means a creditor who is a pre-moratorium creditor within the meaning given by section A12;”
