# The Insolvency (England and Wales) (No.2) (Amendment) Rules 2021, Rule 66: Amendment of Part 15 of the Insolvency Rules


In rule 15.8 (notices to creditors of decision procedure), at the beginning of paragraph (3)(f) and paragraph (3)(g), insert “except in the case of a decision procedure in respect of a moratorium under Part A1 of the Act”.
