Rule 74 Amendment of Part 15 of the Insolvency Rules

In rule 15.28 (creditors’ voting rights), before paragraph (1) insert—

“(A1)

In a decision procedure in respect of a moratorium under Part A1 of the Act a creditor is entitled to vote only if the requirements in paragraph (1)(a) to (c) are satisfied in relation to that decision procedure.”.
