  "text": "The Insolvency Fees Order 1986 shall be amended–\n(a) in Article 9–\ni) by substituting for the amount “£200” shown in relation to a winding-up petition to be presented under the Act, the amount “£240”;\n(ii) by substituting for the amount “£100” shown in relation to a bankruptcy petition to be presented under section 264(1)(b), the amount “£120”; and\n(iii) by substituting for the amount “£200” shown in relation to a bankruptcy petition to be presented under section 264(1)(a), (c) or (d), the amount “£240”; and\n(b) in the Schedule by substituting for the amount “£17.40” shown in relation to Fee No. 7 in Part I and Fee No. 10 in Part II, in each case, the amount “£17.83”.",
