# The Insolvency Fees (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 2


The Insolvency Fees Order 1986 shall be amended–
(a) in Article 9–
i) by substituting for the amount “£200” shown in relation to a winding-up petition to be presented under the Act, the amount “£240”;
(ii) by substituting for the amount “£100” shown in relation to a bankruptcy petition to be presented under section 264(1)(b), the amount “£120”; and
(iii) by substituting for the amount “£200” shown in relation to a bankruptcy petition to be presented under section 264(1)(a), (c) or (d), the amount “£240”; and
(b) in the Schedule by substituting for the amount “£17.40” shown in relation to Fee No. 7 in Part I and Fee No. 10 in Part II, in each case, the amount “£17.83”.
