Laid before Parliament 12th March 1990
Coming into force 2nd April 1990
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 414 and 415 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and with the sanction of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:–
