Laid before Parliament 30th September 1994
Coming into force 24th October 1994
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 414 and 415 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and with the sanction of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:—
