# The Insolvency Fees (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 2


The Insolvency Fees Order 1986 shall be amended by the insertion of the following entry at the end of Part II of the Schedule to that Order:—

On the amount expended on any purchase of Government securities (including the renewal of Treasury Bills) pursuant to a request made under regulation 23A …

”
