  "text": "(1) The Department may by order provide for a provision of the 1989 Order to apply (with or without modification) in relation to a company incorporated outside Northern Ireland.\n(2) An order under this Article—\n(a) may make provision generally or for a specified purpose only,\n(b) may make different provision for different purposes, and\n(c) may make transitional, consequential or incidental provision.\n(3) An order under this Article shall be subject to negative resolution.",
