Regulation 6 Amendments to 1990 Regulations

In regulation 13, for the words “certificate of specific penalty is issued” there shall be substituted the words “specific penalty is obtained” and for the later words “a certificate to be issued” there shall be substituted the words “a specific penalty to be obtained”.
