Regulation 8 Amendments to 1990 Regulations

Regulation 15 shall be amended as follows:—

(a)

for the existing heading there shall be substituted “Inspection and retention requirements in Scotland”;

(b)

in paragraph (1), there shall be substituted for the words “any certificate” to the end, the words “any bordereau containing entries in relation to his so acting”;

(c)

in paragraph (2), there shall be substituted for the words “any certificate” to the end, the words “any bordereau containing entries in relation to his so acting”.
