# The Insolvency Practitioners (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, effect and interpretation


These Regulations may be cited as the Insolvency Practitioners (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st April 2004.
