Regulation 3 Application of this Part

The Regulations in this Part apply in relation to:–

(a)

any applications made to a competent authority on or after the commencement date; and

(b)

any withdrawal of an authorisation pursuant to a notice under section 394(2) of the Act given on or after the commencement date.
