# The Insolvency Practitioners Regulations 1990, Paragraph 3


In any case where the value of a person’s assets estimated in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 above is less than £5,000 the value of those assets shall for the purposes of this Part of the Schedule, be deemed to be £5,000.
