Made 2nd March 2006
Laid before Parliament 6th March 2006
Coming into force 1st April 2006
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 414 and 415 of the Insolvency Act 1986, section 663(4) of the Companies Act 1985 and section 133 of the Bankruptcy Act 1914, and with the sanction of the Treasury, makes the following Order:—
