  "text": "In Part 2 of the Schedule to the principal Order,\n(a) at the beginning of the list insert—\n“\n251S(4)\nMaximum amount of credit which a person in\nrespect of whom a debt relief order is made may obtain without disclosure of his status\n£500\n”\n(b) at the end of the list insert—\n“\nSchedule 4ZA—\nMonetary conditions which must be satisfied for a debt relief order to be made—\n(a) paragraph 6(1)\n(a) maximum amount of a person’s debts:\n£15,000\n(b) paragraph 7(1)\n(b) maximum amount of monthly surplus income:\n£50\n(c) paragraph 8(1)\n(c) maximum total value of property:\n£300\n”",
