Paragraph 6 Provisions of Schedule to be without prejudice to the operation of sections 16 and 17 of the Interpretation Act 1978

The provisions of this Schedule are to be without prejudice to the operation of sections 16 and 17 of the Interpretation Act 1978^f1 (saving from, and effect of, repeals) as they are applied by section 23 of that Act.
