  "text": "Where a person is appointed as a replacement nominee, he shall forthwith give notice of his appointment to—\n(a) [FORM 2.13] [FORM 2.14]the registrar of companies;\n(b) the court (in any case where he was not appointed by the court); and\n(c) the person whom he has replaced as nominee.",
