# The Insolvency Rules 1986, Rule 1.46: Notification of appointment of a replacement nominee


Where a person is appointed as a replacement nominee, he shall forthwith give notice of his appointment to—
(a) [FORM 2.13] [FORM 2.14]the registrar of companies;
(b) the court (in any case where he was not appointed by the court); and
(c) the person whom he has replaced as nominee.
