  "heading": "Official receiver's expenses",
  "text": "(1) Any expenses incurred by the official receiver (in whatever capacity he may be acting) in connection with proceedings taken against him in insolvency proceedings are to be treated as expenses of the insolvency proceedings.\n“Expenses” includes damages.\n(2) In respect of any sums due to him under paragraph (1), the official receiver has a charge on the insolvent estate.",
