# The Insolvency Rules 1986, Rule 11.10: Disqualification from dividend

Extent: E+W

If a creditor contravenes any provision of the Act or the Rules relating to the valuation of securities, the court may, on the application of the responsible insolvency practitioner, order that the creditor be wholly or partly disqualified from participation in any dividend.
