Rule 2.15 Notice of intention to appointF1

The prescribed form for the notice of intention to appoint for the purposes of paragraph 44(2) is [FORM 1.4]Form 2.5B.

(2)

For the purposes of paragraph 44(2), a copy of Form 2.5B shall be filed with the court at the same time as it is sent in accordance with paragraph 15(1) to the holder of any prior qualifying floating charge.

(3)

The provisions of Rule 2.8(2) to 2.8(6) shall apply to the sending of a notice under this Rule as they apply to the manner in which service of an administration application is effected under that Rule.
