# The Insolvency Rules 1986, Rule 5.44: Notification to the court


The official receiver shall, in his report to court for the purposes of section 263C, include a statement whether, in his opinion—
(a) the EC Regulation applies to the voluntary arrangement; and
(b) if so, whether the proceedings are main proceedings or territorial proceedings.
