# The Insolvency Rules 1986, Rule 6.190: Action to follow making of order

Extent: E+W

(1) [FORM 6.65] or [FORM 6.66] Where the court makes an income payments order, a sealed copy of the order shall, forthwith after it is made, be sent by the trustee to the bankrupt.
(2) If the order is made under section 310(3)(b), a sealed copy of the order shall also be sent by the trustee to the person to whom the order is directed.
