# The Insolvency Rules 1986, Rule 6.27: Vacating registration on dismissal of petition

Extent: E+W

[FORM 6.22] If the petition is dismissed or withdrawn by leave of the court, an order shall be made at the same time permitting vacation of the registration of the petition as a pending action; and the court shall send to the debtor two sealed copies of the order.
