  "text": "Where the court has confirmed the creditors' voluntary winding up, the liquidator shall forthwith give notice—\n(a) if there is a member State liquidator in relation to the company, to the member State liquidator;\n(b) in accordance with Article 40 of the EC Regulation (duty to inform creditors).",
