Paragraph 12 Rule 4.10

After paragraph (3) of Rule 4.10, there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—

“(4)

Any person appointed as liquidator of a company under section 140(1) who, following such appointment becomes aware of creditors of the company of whom he was not aware when he was acting as the administrator of the company, shall send to such creditors a copy of any statement or report which was sent by him to creditors under Rule 2.7, with a note to the effect that it is being sent under this Rule.”.
