Paragraph 15 Rule 4.16

In paragraph (2) of Rule 4.16—

(a)

for the word “Company” in Column 2 there shall be substituted the words “The company or, in the application of section 49(6) of the Bankruptcy Act, any member or contributory of the company”; and

(b)

for the words “Debtor’s assets” in Column 1 there shall be substituted the words “Debtor’s estate”.
