# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 16: Rule 4.18


In Rule 4.18(5), there shall be inserted after the word “shall” the following:—
“state whether a liquidation committee has been established by a meeting of creditors or contributories, and, if this is not the case, he shall—”.
