# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 19: Rule 4.24


In sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1) of Rule 4.24 before the words “to the registrar of companies” there shall be inserted the words “a copy of the certificate” and in sub-paragraph (b) of that paragraph for the word “it” there shall be substituted the words “a copy of the certificate”.
