# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 23: Rule 4.41


(1) In paragraph (1)(b) of Rule 4.41, there shall be inserted after the word “decides,” the word “of”.
(2) In paragraph (6) of that Rule, for the words “section 28 of the Banking Act 1979” there shall be substituted the words “section 58 of the Banking Act”.
