Paragraph 37 Rule 7.5

In paragraph (1) of Rule 7.5 there shall be inserted—

(a)

after the words “insolvency proceedings” the words “, other than at a meeting of creditors summoned under section 98,”, and

(b)

after the word “or” the words “except at a meeting of creditors summoned under section 95”.
