# The Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987, Paragraph 42: Rule 7.14


In paragraph (4) of Rule 7.14 there shall be inserted at the end of the paragraph the words “and any person to whom such a proxy is given cannot decline to be the proxy-holder in relation to that proxy”.
