  "text": "In paragraph (4) of Rule 7.18 for the words “to be used” to the end there shall be substituted the following:—\n“(including claims)—\n(a) to be used in connection with that meeting, or\n(b) sent or given to the chairman of that meeting or to any other person by a creditor, member or contributory for the purpose of that meeting, whether or not they are to be used at it.”.",
